Lake Side Properties charges a Transaction fee of $500.00 (or 20% whichever is less) per side, per transaction and a Risk Management fee of $99.00. There are No Monthly Fees, No Desk Fees, No Tech Fees, No Franchise Fees or Any Other Hidden Fees!

We've designed a company by Agent's for Agent's. At Lake Side Properties our philosophy is that it's the Agent that initiates, works and successfully completes the transaction. Because of this, we feel it's the Agent who should receive the majority of the compensation without being subjected to all the fees.
